Joe Marraccino

Joe Marraccino serves as Principal at Sullivan & Associates in Nyack, NY. Joe spent much of his career as an officer and senior administrator at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he analyzed financial and risk data to drive sound decision-making.

In 2015, he shifted gears, bringing his Wall Street discipline and strategic mindset to Main Street, helping individuals and families navigate their own financial journeys with clarity and confidence. Whether planning for retirement, managing a career change, funding a child’s education, or facing other major life transitions, Joe offers candid conversations and actionable guidance, so people can make informed decisions and feel more in control of their future.

Raised in Queens, NY, Joe learned the value of hard work and resilience from his parents, his mom, a homemaker, and his dad, a small business owner. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and later earned his MBA in Finance from Fordham University while working at the Fed.

Today, Joe lives in Nyack, NY with his wife, Jen, where they raised their four children and remain active members of the community. He’s a Leadership Rockland graduate, former church vestry member, long-time youth coach, and former little league board member.

Outside the office, Joe keeps active with racquet sports, hiking, and biking.
